Now I have a Windows 7 computer and can not connect the instrument to the computer by COM port. Drivers are missing. With W10 it showed the COM port number but not with W7.
Please advise on what to check.
Drivers are provided with the HPS50 software, just use the Device Manager to manually install them (hps50.inf).
