Does the input impedance (especially the input capacitance) of the HPS140i depend on the range setting? If I adjust the 10X probe for flat response with the test signal at 1 V/div, then I see some high frequency peaking at .5 V/div and I see some high frequency rolloff at 2 V/div.
Impedance stays the same, capacitance can vary slighly but not significant.
I just rechecked and I can see that the test signal leading edge differences I see between the ranges are small (no more than a pixel); perhaps the small capacitance changes are responsible … or perhaps it is something else.
In any case, thanks for your help. Do you happen to have a spec on capacitance vs input range? Just wondering …
