HPS140 difference between build 1112 and build 1313

I have some questions to the HPS140 build Versions.
Is there a major difference between the build 1112 and the build 1313 I saw in a YouTube Review Video ?
Are there build logs mentioned somewhere
Can the build be updated and what are the costs

The build of the scope depends on which display is used
Build 1112 is for the DisplayTech display
Build 1313 is for the ArrowTech display
