My HPS10 handheld Oszi HPS10 works, when power supply ist connected. ON/OFF-switch is in this case working too.
If power supply is disconnected from device in ON state, its working further more. But when once the ON/OFF-switch is switched in status OFF, no switching ON is possible once more.
What can be the reason. ON/OFF-switch must be ok, batteries are ok (because its working after disonnection of PS), power supply connector should be ok too. Therefore its amazing that it do not switch on.

Yes I reseted in any way, i. e. for example also during switching on and I try also several reset times.
Nothing happens.
Also I bumped the device a little bit.
Try removing and re-inserting the batteries.
Also, try with a different set of batteries.
