HPS 140i measuring DC frequency?

I have a new Velleman HPS140i, only received it this week. I am trying to measure DC frequency which is coming out of a PWM (pulse width modulation) device. I cannot find any instructions to guide me as to how to set the instrument. The PWM is a 12 volt Device.
Maybe someone can put me onto the instruction manual, I can’t seem to find one on line. The so called instructions which come with the instrument in so many different languages presumes you know what you are doing. I am a novice!! Help!

First of all, there is no such thing as DC frequency
Basically, you are trying to measure the frequency of a PWM signal.
Therefore, you need to adjust the time/div, so that you see say 2 or 3 periods on the screen.
Freeze the screen, this also turns on the markers.
Move the vertical markers to isolate one period of the PWM.
In the bottom right corner, you can read the time between the markers.
In the menu, you can select ‘frequency’ instead of ‘time’.

Thanks VEL417, I’ll give it a go and come back, Be a while as I am away from home for next 2 weeks
