HPS 10 incorrect specification?

Hello,
When we tested the Personal Scope, we find out that it does not fufill the specification of the manual. So it was not possible to measure up to 2 MHz with a sinus signal of an true rms of 10 mV. The error in measurement was more than 10 %. Furthermore we get problems to measure a sinus signal with 1 Volt at 1 MHz, when we use the auto setup function. The Error is about 50 %, when the time scaling is 0.4 Volt/ Div. When we change it to 1 Volt/ Div it shows the correct value. The same Problems we got with the time scaling. When you don´t take the appropriate time scale, the measurement is not ok, although the theorem of shannon is fufilled.
We are not sure , whether our HPS 10 didn´t work correctly or the whole serie has the same problem, or elsewhere it could perhaps be a biased error? What is about the HPS 40 has it only a higher sample rate or has it other additional functions? It would be nice if you could give me an answer to the problem.

As indicated in manual, full bandwidth is not available on all V/div settings.
As for the timebase, make sure it is fast enough, to avoid aliasing problems. Best to start with fastest timebase and move to slower timebase.
HPS40 has larger bandwidth. For specs see
