How to insterd a resistor

Hello i’ve bought the K8055 USB Experiment Interface Board and now i will put in a resistor and so i want to know whether it is important in which direction
the resistor is inserted, for example:

Resistor one:
ol lll o

Resistor two
olll l o

The “o” means the stream which come in and the “l” means the Resistor colour code

Hi,
A resistor has no polarity. You can insert it either way.
