How configure the ligh up of K8091EU kit

Hi i bought the LED CLOCK WITH SLOW ON DIMMER kit (K8091EU) i assembled it, but now want to configure
my alarm to light up when the alarm is “ring” and can´t set this configuration with the alarm…

For this example, how can configure the alarm?
At 7:00 Am the lamp needs to light up.
