Please consider a policy of “Hot Swapping” for defective parts. Such policy would cut the international mail times in half.
A user could provide a credit card number and have his replacement part shipped immediately. If the returned part proved to be defective, he would not be charged. If the returned part was not defective he would be charged.
This is not considered “selling” a part direct to an end user because it is a warranty replacement, so it would not violate distributor agreements.
