Hot-end temperature and fan speed

Not really an “issue” as such, but here it goes…

Today I tried changing my black PLA filament (which has worked with no problems) to a translucent orange PLA (same manufaturer; Innofil 3D and same claimed temperature range). During the first layer I however noticed that the hotend was only 205 deg whereas the requested temperature was 210 deg (standard Vertex setting from Velleman). Manually dereasing fan speed (which was full speed; also standard setting I believe) under settings during run fixed this, but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? I am almost sure I have noticed correct temperature during the black filmant runs, but I can not be 100% sure.

Check if the thermistor is in the correct place

The thermistor seems to be correctly positioned within the heater. Changing the filament back to the black I have tried previously actually showed that the temperature is still lowish when the fan is at full speed.

So my question is then: What is the maximum temperature you can expect when the fan is at full speed?

I will try to isolate the hotend a little with some kapton tape to see if the temperature increases. It should be noted that the print quality as such does not seem to be affected, but on the other hand I am still above 200 deg… I am just wondering if this will become an issue if I some day would like to print with ABS…
