Some help please if that’s ok

I got this velleman vertex K8400 pretty cheap from Facebook and have spent the last week fixing all the issues and undoing alot of crap mods

I’m left with this, layer seperation and a dirty lime across the print

E-steps are correct
Bed is perfectly leveled
Different temps don’t have any effect
Turning off the cooling fan has very little effect
Belts have been tensioned as they were loose

What are the settings in the slicer software?
