The 5 8 mm LED do not light
The small 5mm ones all flash

For the 8mm leds, check these again for polarisation.
Possible the first 8mm led (LD17) in the string could be wrong polarized…
Check also the soldering joints!
One of the most common reason besides polarisation (90%) that the LEDs do not work.
You can recognise a correct solder joint this way.
