Heating bed does not heat up

When I press to heat up the bed, it pauses the temp graph for a bit, then it turns the heating bed off, it will not heat up. Here’s what happens in the logs:

Why is this? The extruder heats up perfectly, the heating bed does not though, as it ‘turns off’ before it heats up at all

Checking other forums, for some reason brown out means the power supply isn’t enough? All of my Axis are at the voltage they should be, the extruder heats up perfectly fine, yet the heating bed browns out when I press to heat it up. It doesn’t even go up by a .01 of a degree C, which confuses me, as the power supply should be good enough for the whole printer, correct?
