I am not sure how to do that, below is a try. I do not know if it is correct. My image is named DSC01608 on my PC.
Otherwise, please let me know an email, wherein I can respond and attach my pictures taken.
I have not a lot of time finding out of this. Just want to get parts for repair ASAP.
The printer is used in for development purpose in my company, and if quality and support of the K8200 is poor, I have to invest in other 3D printer types that are not as “fragile” as the K8200.
We received the mail and saw that the temp sensor of the extruder is not mounted properly which lead to the high temperature.
Because the temp sensor is measuring the air around the extruder and not the extruder itself it will keep heating the extruder.
You will have to order new parts from your local velleman dealer.
You are wrong. the NTC Thermister has all the time been on the side like in your instruction.
Disassembling the Hotend extruder which is not easy, trying to prevend NTC Thermister to brake has moved the NTC Thermister forward as seen in the picture.
While printing, when it was working (before “meltdown”) the NTC Thermister has been on the side measuring the correct temperatur.
