Heater bed problems

I have some major troubles with my K8200 heated bed. Repetier reports a temperature of about 114 degrees permanently. If I unplug the NTC resistor, repetier still reports the same temperature. To me, this indicates that something is wrong with the circuit board. (If I unplug the extruder NTC, it reports 0 degrees, which is correct because of an infinite resistance on a NTC resistor). To really confirm there is something wrong with the circuit board, I ran the printer on a RAMPS1.4 board from another 3d printer, which worked well. So now, my question is: Is this something I should try to repair myself? Any guidance on what could be wrong? Is it better to mount a new circuit board?

If I get a new circuit board, I could move the stepper drivers from the old one since they seem to work. Is it possible to get only the base board? (My reseller can not help me with spare parts)

We’d recommend to return the board.
If you try to fix it yourself, you are on your own and you loose your warranty.
If you return it, most likely it will be fixed under warranty conditions.

Who do I contact to return the board, or where do I send it?

Either you can return it to your Velleman distributor or direct to:
