Repetier is reading the temperature of the heat bed at 91 degrees. The wiring appears to be correct, I’ve tested it and it does seem to work. The problem first appeared after I attempted to update the firmware so that might be the problem. I have reinstalled the original firmware but the problem hasn’t gone away.
When updating the firmware use Arduino software version 1.0.6 or lower.
I did, it wouldn’t verify it otherwise.
