I try to add an heatbed to my k8400 and I would keep the glass.
My problem is cork + heatbed + glass is to large.
I try to turn the bolt Z stage to maximum (right or left) but it is again to large.
somebody have a idea ?

I made a slotted hole for the Z-endstop to adjust it lower.

Wy not to change this aluminum plate with solid one + silicon heater. The simplest solution in my opinion.
Juat add a cardoard part on top of the vertical stop end

Or you can print 3 replacement parts to lower the bed assembly closer to the aluminum support:

I made Z-axis slots like svdv suggested but these will restore the maximum build height.
