I am sorry if this info is somewhere in the forum, I did search but couldn’t find the answer I’m looking for.
I’m thinking of upgrading the belts to gt2, but not sure which is better to go with, whether to go for the 16 tooth or the 20 tooth pully.
Besides the obvious difference of teeth, what is the difference in the two?, which one would be better?
If someone could shed some light or point me in the right direction, that would be great…

ichbinsnur uses 16 teeth pulleys.

Gives him about 100 Steps/mm.
I don’t think it will make much of a difference.
You could start printing both versions and test them out. After you decided which one you like better you buy one made out of alu.

Hi Wolf and cantax.
I chose the 16 teeth pulleys for better torque in the X/Y axes, allowing for better acceleration stability and smoother run of the printbed.

The 16 teeth should be good for me then.
