Ground loop/galvanically separated output PCSGU250

I have purchased the oscilloscope / generator PCSGU250 to use in a measurement of the electrical resistence of a liquid.
Now my measurement is disturbed through what is most likely a ground loop. The computer is grounded as well as the measurement system. Is there anyway to solve this with this unit, or do i require a more expensive generator (PCGU1000) which has a galvanically separated output?

Please advice.

Kind regards,

There is no easy way to isolate the PCSGU250 from the computer ground.
You may use an isolated USB HUB.
I did a quick Google search and found this one as an example:

The compatibility with the PCSGU250 is not anyhow quaranteed without testing.

You may also isolate the PC from ground (use a laptop) or use the PCGU1000.

The PCSU1000 oscilloscope is also not isolated from the PC.
