GPS Module WPI430 - no communication possible

Hello, I bought 2 of this GPS-Modules (WPI430) and cannot communicate with both modules. Not via USB and not via the serial port.
I tested it with Arduino Mega 2560, Arduino Giga R1 and via USB with m-center and s-center from ublox.
I have 2 of the older modules (VMA430) and they are working fine.

The modules seems working - the 1pps works. But no communication.

What is the difference between this modules? Is it possible they are both defect with the same damage?

Normally, there is no difference between the WPI430 and VMA430. It is only a brand name change. If both do not work as described in the manual:https://cdn.velleman.eu/downloads/25/wpi430a4v01.pdf & GitHub - Velleman/VMA430_GPS_Module: Library for working with the VMA430 - GPS Module U-BLOX NEO-7M, may indeed indicate malfunction.

Should it not work, you can return it to shop where purchased to start RMA procedure.
