Google sketchup

Hello! I have a few questions regarding a feature in google sketchup, this may not be the right place to do this thread but everyone so far have been really helpful so I’ll give it a shot!

I make my models in Google Sketchup and one problem that I have is that the " tape measure tool " isn’t exact, it doesn’t show decimals of millimeters.
Since I might work on pretty small objects and don’t really want to round off the numer, does anyone know a way to " enable " this?.

All I’ve found while googling is just basic guides of this tool, never mentioning this.

I’m not using sketchUp that much but it’s the unit setting in the window / model / units
When you select the object u need to change the precision setting to 0.0 mm instead of 0mm.

After this change you can drag the tape measure tool and type 7,5 enter to get 7,5 mm measure line.

I’m using a dutch 8.0 Sketchup version:
Venster / modeleigenschappen / eenheden / nauwkeurigheid
Dit instellen op 0,0 mm.

Good luck!
