Getting frustrated with my printer

I have printed the last 2 day’s 8 or 10 prints, only 2 with success with raft

After the curling up of the prints, and posting a message here, i took a piece of thick paper (0.2 mm) and rechecked the nozzle distance of the printer. I measured it at several points adjusted it. Then i printed 5 cubes in 1 print on different locations of the build platform. The cubes were good, only when i took them of with the scraper the buildtak tore off on 3 different places and stuck to the cubes…

Is this covered by warranty and how can i get a new Buildtak sheet?

i have the same problem with my buildtak sheet… it got a hole now… i need to buy this tape to lay over it. probably it helps

What are u using to remove the print? I find it helps to go around the edges with a plain razor blade, then come in after with a good scraper.

I did, with a box-cutter fully extended, as flat as possible, but it stuck in the middle of the test cubes i printed

I only print with PLA and I always use some of the Oil for lubricating the print head axis bearings and put it every now and then on the build tack to prevent this problem. Of course you have to fine tune this, if you leave too much Oil there the print will not stick.

I use a dull small/medium sized kitchen knife to loosen the edges then pry with it slowly.
