Good morning,
We have a facility with three exchanges VM130, one of which recognizes any command, whether the new controller (transmitter) is the frequency change and issue a new one. What we do is to activate different controls one or another unit, but this recognizes any control although it was not shown at any time. The facility had been functioning for several years and already has memorized different users, therefore, would be very upsetting to have to replace or delete all records back then memeorizar controls of different users. What could be the problem? How I can fix?
Greetings.
Somebody has learned the default code to the unit.
This will make it respond to any transmitter with factory code.
You will have to reset the unit (erase all codes), make sure all transmitters have a random code and not the factory code and learn every transmitter to the unit.
Please check manual for how-to instructions.
That can not be a problem because what you are doing is generating new codes for transmitters and even then, the plant continues to recognize that transmitter.
We have read the manual several times and there is nothing similar in this regard. I know you can reset the receiver but causes great disorder as several users to have control and would require the return of the transmitter of each of them to make the corresponding reset. You could do any more proof?

Sorry, there are no other solutions.
