Functional test KA 03

Hello everybody!
I’m new here.
I got motor shield KA03 as a kit. Have soldered finished. How can I check if it works?
Connected to Arduino Uno and recorded a sketch. No movement

Hi similar problem to the author of this post, I have one LED lighting up on the motor shield but the other does not
