Bonsoir à tous,

Via Repetier je fais le test de bouger l’imprimante sur X, Y et Z, tout est OK.

En revanche, aucun test ne fonctionne sur l’extruder, j’ai l’erreur M999…

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, j’ai débranché, reset via le bouton sur la carte contrôleur, rebranché mais rien n’y fait

Quelqu’un sait ?

Good evening everyone, Via Repetier I do the test moving the printer on X, Y and Z, everything is OK. However, no test will work on the extruder, I got the error M999… I don’t know what to do, I have unplugged, reset via the button on the controller, reconnected card but nothing did someone knows?

Check the extruder and the bed temps.
They should be at room temp around 22C
If one is at 0C you have an open on the thermistor
If they are above 700C you have a short on the thermistor

Unplug Therm1 (Extruder) and Therm2 (Bed)
Check the resistance on the wires.
At room temp should be around 100K

Vérifier l’extrudeuse et les temps de lit.
Ils doivent être à température ambiante environ 22C
si l’on est à 0C vous avez une belle sur la thermistance
si elles sont supérieures à 700C vous avez une courte sur la thermistance
débrancher Therm1 (extrudeuse) et Therm2 (lit),
vérifier la résistance sur les fils.
Dans la salle temp devrait être autour de 100K

Pour faire bouger l’extrudeur, il faut qu’il atteigne au moins 170 degrés, c’est un paramètre dans le firmware (valeur #define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 170 dans configuration.h).

This is true but the M999 means one of the temps are out of tolerance.

C’est vrai, mais le M999 signifie une du temps sont hors tolérance.

If they are at 0C or over 700C

They should read around room temp

Quels sont les temps sur l’écran?
S’ils sont à 0C ou plus de 700C
Il ne s’allume pas tant que ce n’est pas résolu.
Ils devraient lire autour de la température ambiante

The one reading 0C Extruder (hotend) or the bed is the one that has the issue.
They should both read around room temp.
