"Flat" heating bed

The nose is about 0,25 mm at each corner but not inthe middle of the bed and not in the middle of each edge, I push firmly the middle of the bed but the nose always touch the middle of the bed and of the edges , any tips for that problem ?

You are right , well this tips is not on the instructions
Well I should have broken my sensor because they say on the instruction we can push the center of the flat bed !

Le LIT CHAUFFANT, l’ISOLATEUR EN CARTON et la PLAQUE DE FOND peuvent être légèrement forcés pour faire disparaître le bombage au centre.

This really sucks.

I found a way of dealing with a raised center to my heated bed PCB.
This is after having enlarged the fixing holes as recommended.
I removed it and lay it to one side and fixed a thin bolt between the top and bottom aluminium plates of the carriage, there are a couple of choices of matching holes near the center. (The bolt I found in my oddments had a small countersunk head and left plenty of clearance for the PCB.) I added a nut to the bottom and gently tightened it. The upper surface became slightly concave.
I refitted the PCB with the fixing screws still loose, heated it up and tightened them. This reduced the difference in height between to center and edges to an acceptable height. In fact I used the small Velleman advertising leaflet that came with the kit as it was approx 0.25 mm thick when folded to set the edges of the board and only had to open one leaf to get the gap for the center.

Could you post pictures of your fix?

These are pictures of my fix. They were rather awkward to take to say the least!
They are from the front looking in the +y direction at the edge of the table.

The bolt I added is just to the right of the black plastic belt clamp, which is twisted slightly to allow space.

This one is closer and you can see that I put a nut under the top plate to lock the bolt in place (as the table blocks screwdriver access).
A shallow head on the bolt is essential.

Hope the pictures help.

Yes it does help.

I need to take my bed apart and put some springs on it.
I think I will try that as well.

I’ll let you know what I find.

Thanks!
