You’re experiencing layer shifting. Your X/Y axis are misaligned and the head is blocking when moving. Check the [color=#408040]Wiki [/color]to solve this issue.

When you disconnect belt so I y axis it is easy and X axis
But while assuring belts and X axis goes completely erratically
Do you still have any advice?
If you’re absolutely sure your axis are running freely (otherwise the printer will never print correctly) you can check the other possible causes in the [color=#408040]Wiki[/color].
Raby is correct, this problem is almost always misalignment of the X and Y axis.
