Hi,
im kinda new to 3D printing, but i sucessfully assembled the K8200.
He printed fine for about 1 week, but now, since i moved it, changed filament …(done various normal stuff to it),
the first layer looks like this:
Is this normal? (seems to occour not always)

Thanks for your help
Try recalibrating your nozzle distance, and maybe use a little higher temp.
Hi,
thanks for your fast answer.
I think the nozzle is leveled fine, since the “lines”/contours on the side look pretty good. It seems to be just the infill
I upped the temperature of the pla to 200 and afterwards to 210 degree - it seems to be a little better, but not good at all
Since my fillament is nearly 1,5 months old (since i unwrapped it) is it possible that this is the issue? does it “age”?
No, it doesn’t age, but it’s likely to collect humidity.
If the filament has too much humidity it starts to get brittle and produces bubbles during print, as
the humidity evaporates under heat.
That may be a cause too.
You can try to “bake” the filament in an oven at about 90-100°C for a few hours to dry it out.
If you have another spool handy just try that spool to sort out if it’s caused by humidity.
This seems to only happen when I’m using PLA.
Today i tried the NinjaFlex TPE flexible fillament - perfectly fine.
Maybe its related to the printing temperatures?
I will try ABS in the evening.
Also which is i guess not related to this thread, but is there an easy solution for the bed leveling?
(i level the bed, it prints fine, but on the next day i have to re-level the bed again. how is this possible? metall heating?)
Thanks
