Fillament feed power

Hi, I have a problem with my vertex k8400.

when I start printing the first layer do not attach to the building platform but when I manually increase to force on the filament throughput, more filament obviously goes through and the print goes very well as long as I push the filament trough.

the nozzle seem to be blocked quite fast and the first layers not sticking is also a problem I think are all related to the force with which the filament is fed into the nozzle.

I have found some treats which more or less describe the same problem but they don’t have a final description of the solution.

Hope some on can help

This could be 1 of 2 things or both.
Re calibrate the X axis it maybe to far from the bed
Check the screw that holds the pulley to the shaft of the motor of the extruder it maybe slipping.

I have calibrated with the folded paper but I will try again and play with it some more.

Which screws do you mean because the pully that pushes the filament through the tube only has a spring but no screws to tighten it more.

The screw that hold the pulley on to the shaft.

clear thanks I am going to try

While you are working on it make sure the alignment of the pulley is correct.
