Just wondering, is this a common problem?
PLA filamnet (1kg Renkforce 1.75mm silver) stuck on spool due to overlapping turns.
Do you spool the filament to another bobbin before printing to prevent this?
I had printed a lot of parts from this spool before it occured and was almost finished with a part when it happened.
I also saw it once at a 3Dprint workshop. It happens sometimes …

I also noticed this problem on several spools but till now always heard there was something wrong
as I stay with the printer as most as possible.
Don’t like to mess up a print job of several hours.
I had this problem several times with Robox filaments but never yet with Velleman. Just completed a nine and a half hour print and was worried it might happen but it all went well. 
when you are printing something and you hear a Sound like somebody is knocking on your house door then you can be sure that there is nobody…(filament stucked on spool)…
p.s. after this happened to me, I unspool 6-7 meter Filament and spool it back before printing to be sure…
