Filament stuck in Extruder

Hi

My printer was getting really really good, printing week after week without issues.
Now last week I started printing a large cryptex for a friend and the problems came running in :frowning:
About halfway the print, there wasn’t any filament coming out of the nozzle. The extruder started skipping filament so I needed to pause the print.
So I thought it’ll probably be that the nozzle was clogged, pulled the ptfe tube out and tried to see if anything was stuck, but no, everything was fine.
My next idea was the extruder, I looked at it and I saw the problem, don’t know how but because of some reason the filament was squished (flattened) in the extruder.
And so the filament couldn’t pass through the ptfe tube any longer.
I thought it would be one time only event, but no a couple of times later again, again,…
At a moment I thought fuck it, it had to be the filament (Colorfabb Silver Grey) since I was printing with an other filament (some clear natural pla from Coolblue) before I started printing the cryptex.
Then it was printing fine for a while and it started happening again with that filament as well.
At the end it only occured one time again, it was a 14 hour print, it still is usefull so not a big deal.

Now I was again printing some stuff for the cryptex some inner rings and after this morning printing one perfect ring, the second ring had the same issues again and now the third one too.

I really have no clue what the problem is, at first I though that maybe the spring is pushing the bearing to hard against the filament but I’m not so sure.

Does anyone here have an idea?

My settings for most prints and also that perticular print was:
Print speed: 40mm/s
Temp: 200°C
Fill Density: 25%
Layer Height: 0.2mm (For the 14 hour large print), 0.1mm (for the inner rings)
Shell Thickness: 0.7mm
Retraction: 4mm
Retraction Speed: 70 mm/s

If you need anymore I’ll post it.

Thanks in advance.
