and again I have massive Problems with printing.
I installed brand new nozzle, heating block and original Velleman Filament Blue 1.75.
The first test print was absolutely perfect!
Then I made a print about 20 hours.
Looks great!!
Yesterday I tried to start the next print.
Filament-Stepper is ‘jumping’, nozzle is blocked again!!
So what is going wrong?
I’m using the original Velleman settings for the Printer, the original Filament from Velleman and nothing is really working well.
So I need your help to get everything working fine.
been having problems with mine if it’s been standing a couple of days, then i started to unload the filament and pack that up every time i stopped printing. seems a tiny bit of dust gets stuck on the filament if you leave it on the printer, and that clogs up the works
at the moment i am doing testing with temperature aswell, since i had some issues with it overheating. current results looks like a temperature of around 165 gives me the best result, and i have been running at 190 for a while, so if you are running at 210 that might be the problem aswell.
Got the stuck nozzle using;
Black - Velleman PLA175B1, 1.75
Had no issues with
Red: Velleman PLA175R1, 1.75
Blue: Velleman PLA175U1, 1.75
All using temp around 188-193 and 75% flow
After 5-7 prints (5 hours) it is stuck again. 4 times the procedure has been to clean it to get it function again.
This last time the black is stuck and I am not able to get it clean enough to get it working again. So need to change nozzle.
Is it registered as a known error using “black” color or series of the black fillamenet?
If you keep getting stuck nozzles I advise to dismantle it carefully and check the length of the PTFE tube. This is a critical part and when cut at an angle or a bit to short/long this leads to the problems you are having.
Did a lot of testing in this area during the weekend. I agree that most likly the issue with black color I was seeing was more related to to length of PTFE tube. Got a new tube that was slighly longer than 23, maybee 23,25 insted and at first sight it looks promissing.

I’ve been having similar problems to you. My right nozzle blocks up a lot, even when using official red 1.75mm PLA that I unsealed seconds before loading it.
Did increasing the length of the PTFE tube inside the beige part of the head fix your problems?
