Dear i am desperate,
Filament wont feed, moter doenst work on its own connection,
It does word on an other axis.
but the normal connection whit board does not work.
i even tryed to update firmware, didnt work either (cant load firmware onto the board via arduino whith USB)

It seems that the motor driver on the board is defect.
I think it is better to contact the Velleman support.

I’m not sure if the problem is solved.
If not, the driver could indeed defective for the extruder motor.
But the driver is a SMD device soldered on mainboard. Not easy to replace.
If the problem not solved yet, You can create a ticket here for a replacement main board.
