I have a new printer. The build is ready. But the printer is not loading the filament not via the LCD command nor via the computer program.
I have swapped the driver boards but they seem oke. I have connected the Y axis cable to the filament motor but the motor sis not reacting on movement of the Y axis via the LCD.
It looks to me that the motor is not working.
What to do?

Did you use the home function (with the Y axis away fro the end stop) when trying to move the motor you connected to the Y axis?
You also might connect the Y-motor to the extruder driver and see if it moves (careful : the endstop won’t work : put the Y axis in a mid position and be ready to stop or reset the printer if it moves).
IMO it’s easier to make tests from Repieter than with the LCD panel.
