The big fan on top of the hot-end makes a rattling noise when the hot-end moves from left to right and back to the left or from right to left and back to the right. It seems that the fan blade moves from left to right and right to left hitting both end positions in the fan housing. There seems to be some gaming in the fan axle. The fan is spinning without interruption though! This is making a lot of annoying clicking noises.
Anybody else having this issue and what to solve this?
The fan is glued firmly to the plastic piece but during the infill process the fan is being shaked from left to right and right to left so that the fan blade and axle keeps on hitting its outer left and right position. The axle seems to be able to shift inside the bearings. If no infill is performed the fan spins fine and the only noise you hear is the air flow.
I would like to replace the fan with a more decent one but I’m afraid I’m going to break the piece of plastic that according the instructions needed to be glued to the fan. I would need this plastic part to continue!
