I have a K8200 main controller CPU and a K8201 standalone controller that I would like to have repaired (at my cost ). Where do I get this done?
What are your problems with them?
I can’t figure out the support ticket page. I want repairs, but I don’t have any proof of purchase. the main CPU board came with my k8200. I have no receipt. The standalone controller board I bought online, I have no receipt. The ticket page won’t let me submit without proof of purchase. I am willing to pay for repairs, but how do i proceed?
