Extruder starts but not feed filament

Hi,

Extruder of new bulided K8400 starts feeding filament but after loading about 15 cm stops and doing 1 step forward and 1 step back in a loop. What is the problem. ?
I’m loading the filament manually using the LCD Display.

Hi,

Now I have more information. The driver had to low voltage - 0,4 V Now it has 0,91 V and start feeding but…

…after 3 % of printing Vertex logo form SD card, extruder motor stops feeding. When I stop printing and wanted to unload filament , nothing happens. When I switch off and on the printer and start the procedure of unloading filament and motor extruder works correctly.

I wondering how many problems will I have until I will start normal printing.

Help me please.

Problem resolved. Fourth motor driver was corrupted. after change all works fine.
