Extruder motor problem. Please help

Hi, I’m having problems with the extuder motor by turning it. X,Y&Z axis motors all work perfectly fine so does heaters, bed-plate heater, thermistors etc. I have done the following to check that I have being proceeding correctly but with no luck;
-Checked voltage on driver and set as suggested by build instructions
-Swapped driver
-Removed the extruder motor from everything and left it separate
-Checked the wiring is done ok (which it is)
-Continuity check on soldered wires
-Used dry run
-Left the heater to heat up above or around the set point

At this point I have no idea why the extruder motor is not turning both manually or by print. If you could help me out I will appreciate it.

Does the motor run when connected to an other axis?

Yes it does, I have also changed motors, left the temperatures to settle and reach the target temperature (190C).

And I also check wiring and baud rate they are all as suggested by the manual.

Swap one of the stepper drivers with the one of the extruder and check if the extruder is now running.

I did and still with no luck.

Can you suggest me what to do? I have spent money to buy the 3d printer and still have no used it!

If you’ve tested everything without any luck, the only thing left is a faulty motherboard.
