Extruder Motor not working

Hi,
The extruder motor doesn’t work, if I swap connector to another motor it works ok,
is the problem with the PCB?

You can try to swap Stepper motor piggy back on the board to know origin of the problem.

If when you swap piggy back, stepper motor is working, you need just to ask a new one by explaining your problem at this address : k8200.eu/support/missing/

If it’s not working, you need to send you board to Velleman to recover a new one
