Extruder height

I ve a problem with the 2nd extruder of the k8400, this one isn’t as high as the first extruder so it damage al my prints, is there someone that knows how to solve it?

Hi,
I encountered the same prob.
I concentrated on one nozzle and adjusted it as required.
Then I levelled (screwing in / out as required) the second nozzle.
After that, everything was fine.

Make sure, you measure the second nozzle at the same position on the bed as the first one.

You have to level the nozzles the way, that you can screw in/out both nozzles if required.
I suggest to unlock the heater cartridge holder so you can access the screw head more easily.
And the position of the cartridge can be corrected after the nozzle is levelled.

You haven’t said if this is your first print or not.

I have found that when you finish a print job using both print head it very important to clean them both before starting another job.
If there is any plastic hanging from the nozzle it will drag over your project and mess it up.
