Extruder heater not heating more than 180°C

I just finish to mount my Vertex printer.
During the Load Filament procedure, the extruder heater painfully reach 180°C after about 10/15mn and no more.

It could be a default with the heater, the temperature sensor or the circuit.

Before contacting the support, what kind of tests can I do to narrow the problem ?
For example, mesure voltage, current, resistance somewhere.
Unfortunatly, I don’t have other sensor to check the real temperature value.

For information, I do have only 1 head and have updated to the last 1.1 firmware.

In fact, the sensor component was not soldered correctly in the middle of the heatshrink tube, but was about 1/3 - 2/3
What I took as a piece of solder was in fact the thermistor itself.
So I incorrectly mounted it out of its place, and the thermistor was cooled by the fan, leading to incorrect measurement.

After installing it correctly, it took about 6mn to reach 245°C, and I succeed to complete the Load Filament procedure.
