Have fun!

You are realy great edirol
To print this i had made on my to do list.

Indeed a very nice design. I also noticed your fan nozzle.
Do you mind sharing the design. Sure would appreciate.

Regards.

PS: which software do you use for your designs…

Sorry edirol,
I have a small request.
Would it be possible that you insert a a little barier at the bottom of the box.
So the gear abrasion can nort fall down to the heatbed and conterminate the printed object.
That would be very nice if it were possible.

Well, the nozzle, sure, but its designed for a 60mm fan. I use Solidworks.

No problem, but I’m not sure i understand what you exacly mean, the box is closed at the buttom and you don’t want to remove it while printing?
You probably mean this?

Yes edirol,
i mean this.
By printing the frame had vibrations.
So the gear abrasion slips down to the aluminum wall of the extruder.
And if there is a litle space betwen box and Aluminium it is possible thad it falls down.
it’s just hooked at the top and can easily move a litle at the bottom.

So here the beveled version:
Simple version STL
Retro version STL

Its unprinted and untested, but it should work.

Cheers

Many thanks,
this will be the next part i print.

edirol,
it works, the gear box will collect the gear abrasion inside the box.

Indeed, you are right, there is abrasion in the box
