Extruder & bed temparture not correct

I am calibrating the K8200. x, y and z are funtion in de right order.

Extruder temperature says 136 degeres and bed temperature says approx 130 degrees when not heated! Should be room temperature. When selected to heat up nothing happens

Fan isn’t working too. Led on board lights up though.

Please help!

Unplug therm 1 and 2.
Check in the software to see if they go to 0C
If they do check the wiring

extruder goes to 0 C
bed is off

Hi,

I don’t understand.
Did the Bed go to 0C?

no bed was offline

I found the problem with the extruder: I switched the connector of the heatsensor with the fan. Temperature and heating works! Fan works too

Solderd the heatsensor again on the bed and it worked well. But after a while it came back to 135 degrees. Maybe still a bad connection there. At least: Printer works!

Thanx for so far!

You should try unplugging therm 2 and see if the temp for the bed goes to 0C
If not check the wiring.
You can also measure the resistance at the plug wires (while it’s unplugged) at room temp it should be 100K

i will check it.

If lower then 100K?

That would indicate a short.
However it will vary depending on the room temp.
It will not be exactly 100K

I cant find any shortcut so i decided to resolder the sensor on the bed. That worked. But when I started to print something it changed back again to 110 degrees… Aargh. Sensor broken?

It may be broken.
Once again unplug Therm 2 to see if the temp goes to 0C.
If not it may be in the board.
If it does it would be in the wiring of the thermistor has been damaged.

It still goes to off

Could it be possible that I’ver created a shortcut when i used flux?

I’ve received a new K100 thermistor. Will replace it
