I would like to know… how can i find out, what each error means… e.g. 3FFF, 280A, etc.

those are adresses of the memory inside of the pic
if you see those you will probely have a read/write error on adres xxxx

you are getting a write error most likely

Chances are

  1. you don’t have a good serial port or serial cable

  2. You have two pics plugged in at the same time. This doesn’t work
    only one pic at a time may be present
