My MK126 blinks constantly (rapidly) whether the car is running or not; adjusting the resister trimmer RV1 has no effect.
Can you tell me what I’ve done wrong or how to find out what I’ve done wrong and how to correct it?

Apparantly, there are multiple problems.
The flash rate seems to be incorrect and the voltage detection does not seem to be working. Check if you get 6,2V at pin 3 and pin 13 of the op-amp. Check direction of D2 and D3. Check if pin 1 becomes high if engine is turned off.
