Err:mintemp

leider auf deutsch :slight_smile:
Wiem im Tittel, habe ich den err:MINTEMP, habe alle mögliche varianten ausprobiert, leider kein positives ergebnis.

  1. Alle Kabel geprüft am “print head” und auf dem Elektroboard.
  2. Am Display wird die Raumtemperatur angezeigt ca. 23°
  3. Home funktioniert
  4. den Draht einziehen geht nicht, vermutlich wegen der Fehlermeldung!
  5. Die Heizpatrone hat 6Ohm, also OK
  6. Auf dem Board habe ich 14.4Volt
  7. Software Version M:1.0 V:1.1 HEADS2, habe im Forum gelesen dis Software mit einem HEAD mit Arduino 1.06 Uploaden, ghet nicht —Timeaut—
    8.weiss nicht mehr weiter?

Was kann ich Prüfen? ist das Board defekt? die Heizpatrone jedenfalls nicht.

Bitte um Hilfe, habe bei euch auch keine Lösung gefunmden…

If you only have 1 print head the problem is that the K8400 is delivered with the firmware for 2 heads.
The Min Temp is because the 2nd print head is at 0C.
You will need to load the firmware for 1 print head.

I’m not sure I understand your question.

You can use these instructions to load the firmware.

Do not use anything higher then 1.0.6

Also make sure you have the shunt in the PROG position.

Glad to hear it’s working.

If your printing with PLA 190C should be a good starting point.
You should also go in to the Cura settings and lower the Retraction to 4mm and the Retraction Speed to 110mm
