EDU10 Stopped working

Hi I bought the EDU10 and I used it for a while. Now it suddenly stopped recognising the device. PIcKit 2 programmer says he can’t detect the pickit, and I don’t see any new USB devices listed when I plug it in. I also tried another PC (with win XP instead of windows 7) and there windows specifically stated that the USB device malfunctioned (I don’t see this error in win7 when I plug it in). I haven’t used it for more than a week or so, so I’m kinda suprised that it already broke. Is there anything I could do or try? Is there some kind of reset button or something like that?

I’m sorry, there is no possibility to reset the EDU10.

Does the ‘Power’ LED LD2 be lit when you connect the USB cable?

Have you tested with other USB cable?

Yes I tried another cable as well, and the same result, on both PC’s.
The power led is on when I plug it in, but no other activity when I start Pickit 2.
Anything else I could try?
