Checked again the Connection from IC3 pin 15+16 via the USB cable - measured directly at the PC- end of the USB cable: OK.

-That has been restored here the first of October. (bad soldering points)

Yes,the soldering points are fixed.

In order to learn from it, could you please be so kind to provide me with more detail what had been wrong, where? How can I avoid such failures in the future?
I think all suspicious looking solder joints are fixed.
