I have bought thr EDU 09 Kit. The înstallation instruction ask to fix the IC’s in such a way so the notches on the IC corresponds with the notches shown on the board. The IC2 has no notch (!) so it is possible to fix it wrongly. This happened to me and the IC went up iib a small puff of grey smoke. I bought a new one and I ask you to give me proper instructions so this will not happen again.

Indeed there is no notch but a dot instead.
