Dual Head Interference

Hello,

I just rebuilt my second head after I got a new nozzle. It was taken off for quite some time, but now that I have added it I am experiencing issues. When printing with the right nozzle, the left nozzle hits what is being printed and peels it off the build plate. This does not occur the other way around and both heads are entirely clean, so I suspect the left head could be marginally lower than the right one. Can anyone think of some way of perfectly aligning them?

Regards,

Daniel

adjust the 2 screws on the hotend mount plate which holds the hotend, tighten or loose the screws to adjust

How does this ensure that they are perfectly aligned?

You’ll have to do this by the eye and test prints.

You can use a feeler gauge to measure the distance between print head and print bed on different spots. But you have to be 100% certain that your printbed is aligned properly and straight.
